Q: Can I pay extra to get commercial rights? A: No. Please respect my decision as an artist. My textures are for personal use only. Q: When I use your texture, my body turns white. I never had this issue with other textures — what do I need to do? A: In Poiyomi, set the Decal option to Multiply. The default setting is usually Replace. Q: Can I get the texture without the white background? A: No, that is not possible. Because of the way the designs are generated, removing the background from 500+ textures would take an extremely long time. Q: There is a weird shadow on my skin and I do not know how to fix it. What can I do? A: Try changing the Lighting Settings to Flat or Toon. That should fix it. So far, I have only seen this happen on a sculpted base. Q: Which Poiyomi version did you use? A: Version 8.1 or higher. This is no longer really relevant on newer releases. Q: Unity keeps crashing when I import your file(s). Why? A: This is a known issue called the 64 Texture Slot Crash. It is rarer now, but it can still happen. Please follow the Poiyomi guide here: [insert link] Q: My material is pink. What did I do wrong? A: Probably nothing. Not every shader version works the same way. Just select the material, re-apply Poiyomi Toon, and it should work. Q: I dragged your material onto the avatar, but it does not upload with it. Why? A: This usually happens when there is a toggle in the FX layer that uses multiple body materials. Copy the material settings from my texture and paste them onto the creator’s original body material instead. Q: I have an issue that is not listed here. What can I do?
